What are the PERMITTED weapons please?
Not the witty banter weapons, Not the "I think these might be all right " weapons. Not the "Catch all" list of weapons and not the NON Permitted weapons.

All I asked for was a plain and simple answer from the honcho organising -
A List of permitted weapons please.

Oh - and I nearly forgot - what are the permitted board games for this event?

Or shall we just have a game of hide and seek in the woods?

'Any WW2 weapon is acceptable for this event and carrying 'captured' weaponry is fine'

'Prefered' weapons are K98 for the Germans and M1 rifle for the Americans, but the PERMITTED weapons are covered by the above quote.

Risk will not be allowed as I hate it, and playing hide and seek the night before will spoil the hide and seek the day after.

Yeah, no restrictions on dated guns either, Dragoon was August '44, so I think there are few guns that weren't in service by then.

NO dispute with your initial answers herren. All of a sudden it was pea shooters, spud guns, No MP44s, Pink Stens, Catapults, blah blah blah. Got me clarification. Happy, sorted.

If it was used then and you have one, then why not!

Obviously we'd like folk to use weapons that were used by the German forces in the south of france, however if an MP44 is all you have, then that's not to worry.

MP40s would be acceptable also.

One point to mention, and perhaps an important one, that depending on how each side does will reflect on the course of events for the day. ie the Germans may not be on the defense all day!

I'll go further and catagorically state that the Germans will certainly not be on the defensive all day.

A G41 will be fine Porta but June is perfect Tanaka weather.
